The Skinny on Ordering Cheese Online:
Ordering cheese online is a great option for gifts for out-of-towners! We use Spee-Dee Delivery service when applicable, which is very reasonable and super speedee! Usually, you will receive your item in a day or two at the most. (Servicing WI, MN, IL, IA, ND, parts of NE and MO.)
If you are ordering from outside of our Spee-Dee shipping area, we will use Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service Flat Rate boxes. When we ship using Fed-Ex or USPS, we will typically only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays (except during the holiday rush) so that your cheese doesn't get caught in transit over a weekend.
Please add ice packs to help ensure the safety of your packages.
Benoit Cheese Haus does not guarantee and cannot be responsible for the shipping companies. We ship packages out of our store as a convenience to our customers. With this in mind, please add an appropriate amount of ice for the weather condition. If you want a guarantee on the shipping, you must request Fed-Ex overnight. We will be happy to take care of it for you.
