It's truly handcrafted products every step of the way! We only source and use heritage breed animals that are raised without any growth hormones or antibiotics. We believe that an animal's quality of life is integral to the end product, and we strive to work with farmers and ranchers who share our beliefs. Made from pork raised without antibiotics or growth hormones and fed a vegetarian diet. No nitrates or nitrites added
