On Saturday, December 8th, we lost our main man. David was the heart and soul behind Benoit Cheese. We will with our best effort attempt to carry on and push forward what David started. May God strengthen and comfort your family and all your loved ones that are at a loss.

Thank you for your prayers, cards, flowers, meals, hugs, and presence at David's memorial service. It truly was an amazing celebration of who David was, and how he will always be in our hearts. The family is so grateful for your love and words will never be able to express it fully. Thank you for sharing your love of Dave with us.

It is with a broken heart that we write this update this morning. Our beautiful David Johnson has left this world and went HOME to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ shortly after 9pm Saturday night. He spent his last day on this earth with his two favorite women, his mom, Kitty and sister, Nancy by his side at the hospital. He waited until they were back home in Ashland safe and sound with Bill and Jeffy, he then went into cardiac arrest again and this time they were unable to bring him back.
We are so sorry to each of you, we know what a light he was for you.
